Before I started training a was struggling to join my seven year old son in any games that involved any form of fitness. I was alway the one that was left behind with the bags and coats whilst son and husband where off running across the beach, field or whatever.
Now after 4 months, I’m joining in and having the time of my life, no longer an I left at the back, the bag lady! The thing I like best about the training is that I can fit it in first thing in the morning, feel great for the rest of the day (although sometimes I ache the next day) and the group makes it great fun.
I think my best personal result is still to come, as I’m beginning to feel that my fitness level is getting the point where I what to start running or taking up sports that I haven’t done for years.
