I set myself a challenge
The best thing about personal training, for me, has been the one-to-one support and guidance that I have received with Inspirational Fitness. I think it’s especially useful if you’re a bit shy about your shape or lack of fitness, as you can work to your own level.
My training hasn’t just involved exercise, but nutritional advice, working around my joint problems, and lots of emotional support too. Petra has tailored the training specifically for me, and that makes such a difference.
When I first started, I had about 2 stone to lose, and I steadily achieved the weight loss. Despite having reached my goal I have chosen to continue my training because I enjoy it, and I can feel the benefits. It gives me more energy, and I feel stronger and more toned.
I would recommend personal training with Petra for anyone who needs some motivation or a kick-start to their fitness/health goals. It has definitely made a huge difference to my life. Even if (like me) you start off thinking that you won’t be any good at exercise, you find that it really is fun and you feel great.
