I set myself a challenge
I’m on my second Boot Camp and despite having to turn out come rain or shine I am really enjoying it! I find that I can now run further and am proud of myself that I am able to keep up better and do the exercises quite well. I feel so much fitter and have more energy – the outdoor exercise does mean I do sleep like the proverbial log and can’t imagine making the 6.15 sessions (not just yet anyway!) as I need a bit of time to come round! The diet was tough to start with but got easier and I am now drinking more water which means my skin is looking good and I look much brighter! Signing up for the third Boot Camp next week – once you start you can’t stop!!!
